Kuantan & Lang Tengah

As promised, i am going to talk about Kuantan & Lang Tengah. It was a trip with the mmu squash club high committee.

Kuantan is about 300km from kl. Truthfully i regretted driving there. It was tiring. Next time please remind me to go by plane.

Talking about Kuantan we first reached the town. It is becoming a big city sooner than i expected. Aside from beaches we can relate it to foods. I never thought this trip will become a food trip as well, lol.

Basically Kuantan is famous with curry mee, satay, seafood, curry puff, and many more. Will not elaborate much because it makes me feel hungry.

Kuantan have many beaches, one of them is called telok cempedak. Yeah i would say it is a beautiful beach. Some of them were surprised when they first saw Mc-donalds by the beach. Western food is also popular which is located beside the beach, too bad we don't have the chance to eat it.

7 of us conquered Kuantan beaches

The next day we went to Bukit Panorama, where they say it is one of the best places to see sunrise. Too bad the clouds were too much, but still it was a nice scenery. They said that is not that challenging compared to Broga Hills, but it was still tiring.

On the 3rd day we went to Lang Tengah. The gps malfunction a bit so we were late to reach the jetty. Rumour says that Lang Tengah is a good vacation spot. Oh yes indeed, just that most of the corals there are dead.

Most of girls were addicted to an india worker name John. He is very muscular, i mean naturally without going to any gym, friendly guy and brought us to many good spots. We guys jealous much of his body, no offence.

One thing i like about Lang Tengah is that the night view is just so nice, u can never see stars shining and covering the whole sky in kl. Some of my friends claimed to have seen shooting stars too. Lying on the huge rocks, watching the stars and feel the wind blow was just awesome, total chilling spot.

There are many creatures on the island, crabs, sea cucumbers, fishes, etc. We had 2 snorkeling trips. John was saying that because of low season, less fishes come by the island, and if your are lucky u get to see turtles and baby sharks. One of the best snorkeling places was blue coral, where u can see blue corals. It was beautiful.

In the end it was an enjoying trip. I broke my own record as i drove from the jetty back to kl, which is around 500km, happy and proud haha. Sorry for not taking more photos, i guess i am still not a qualified photographer yet, but i will try my best.
